How to use Epay Virtual Card to keep your personal information safe?

Epay announced the launch of a new function on 22 November,2016, that can help Epay users to create virtual cards easily.

Now, I will make details to help you how to use Epay Virtual Card. Follow me, please.

Create Virtual Card:

1. Log in Epay.com with your registered account.

2. You can choose the ways of Email/Mobile Phone to log in.

3. Go to "My Epay" and click "Virtual Card".

4. Create Virtual card:
You can choose the currency and the value of the Virtual Card(＞0.01), For each time you can created max 10 Virtual Cards.

5. Confirm Interface:
Once you click "Confirm", there will be the charge for 1% of the total Virtual Card value. You can choose pay by the account balance or E-wallet. In E-wallet, you don't need to input your payment password.

6. Create Virtual Card Successfully:

7. Send:
You can send the Virtual Card through the any E-mail. The receiver can log in Epay with the Car No. and Password. (The password is also the initial payment password.

Log in and use the Virtual Card.

1. The Virtual card No. and password will be in the E-mail when receiver open the E-mail.

2. Log in with the Car No. and password.

3. Change Password:
After you have log in successfully, for your account safety, you will be guide to the page which you will change your password.
The password must be the format of numbers+letters. Between 6 characters to 20 characters.
The payment password must be 6 digital numbers.

4. After you have changed your initial password, you need to log in you Virtual Account again with the new password.

If you input the wrong password, you will need to input the security code. If you input the virtual card's password for 4 times. The account will be locked for a while.

5. Log in successfully
In "My Epay", you can check your account balance, affiliate program and transfer detail like a normal Epay account and you can also pay online, receive money and Exchange your money.

6. Pay online:
You can pay to Epay's E-mail account or Virtual Card. At the same time you have the schedule payment as well.

To pay on the Virtual card will not charge anything from the Virtual Card itself.

The Virtual card does not support request to pay. But it can still receive money as an account in Epay. And it will not charge anything.
